Join us and Perisa@HomesteadPantry for this tasty buffet supper club, introducing dishes from all over South East Asia. Hosted by Devizes Books, Travelwise and Kuoni, we will be serving a delicious selection of starters – satay with spicy peanut sauce, Vietnamese summer rolls, crispy prawn fritters from Malaysia and crunchy vegetable curry puffs. Main courses include rich chicken adobo from the Philippines, spicy Thai jungle curry, gado gado salad from Indonesia with a peanut dressing and spicy mee Siam, a crowd pleaser. Desserts will be a light and refreshing pandan and water chestnut jelly from Thailand and bibingka, a baked cassava cake.
